AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Kindly guide how to concentrate on heart?πŸ§˜πŸ•―οΈπŸŒ•πŸ§

Sit quietly everyday, preferably at a fixed time and remember The Mother in your heart. The exact spot is not important. Concentrate in the centre of the chest on The Mother’s Presence with the help of Her Name. Do it for 20 to 30 minutes in the morning and in the evening.

Offer your day when you wake up and again when you are slipping into sleep.

Remember Her inwardly as often as you can and offer your activities and action to Her.

Read some passages from the writings of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother everyday, especially from Prayers and Meditations.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

This is because the vital is unsteady. Practice equanimity, apply reason to control the vital from jumping from one thing to another, above all, call Peace and Calm to fix this not so uncommon difficulty.
