AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER

Dada what is this sadness that is around me I donโ€™t understand? why is this so? Is this is what called a psychic sadness?๐ŸŒ‘๐ŸŒง๏ธ๐ŸŒซ๏ธ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ

Dada what is this sadness that is around me I donโ€™t understand? Like whatever I do whatever constant effort I put but I am not able to feel the presence of The Divine as if always I had a steady connection often as if in just 2mins of remembrance I could feel so much joy and gratitude but unfortunately suddenly as if the contact has disappeared I cannot feel anything I cannot see The Divine and I am putting a lot of effort in trying to remember but everything seems so empty..

It could be a psychic sadness which comes especially when the vital in us does not support the deeper aspiration. The solution is to detect the elements that betray the aspiration, root them out or offer them to the Mother for the uprooting. Spend some time alone in contemplation of the Divine and your true goal. Read something from The Mother and Sri Aurobindo everyday.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

What was Mother’s view of classical music? I mean, were there composers that she believed could really be uplifting spiritually?
