AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Dada can you exlain these Mother’s lines: “Wake up in yourself a will to conquer. Not a mere will in the mind but a will in the very cells of your body. Without that you canโ€™t do anything; you may take a hundred medicines but they wonโ€™t cure you unless you have a will to overcome the physical illness. I may destroy the adverse force that has possessed you..๐ŸŒน๐Ÿค๐Ÿ‘‘โ™พ๏ธ

I may repeat the action a thousand times. But each time that a vacuum is created it will be filled up by one of the many forces that try to rush in. That is why I say, wake up the will to conquer,”

THE MOTHER

So dada .. can u say more on this. … examples And how to do this to really wake up the will..any prayer or how to start ..I only know is Maa maa maa even if I don’t understand I say the same, that’s everything fr me!

It simply means that our will must support the Divine Will in its action. It is what is called as a dynamic surrender wherein we do what we must do and for the rest open to the Divine Force to help us in the conquest over the force of illness.

To give an example, when we are attacked by an illness we may take the attitude of being helpless, a given up attitude while at the same time we may pray for the Divine help. In such an instance the Grace will no doubt come but it will have to first meet the resistance within us, hence the result will always be mixed. If the Grace tries to put more pressure, our will and other parts may go into more resistance by bringing in doubts and fears, of depression and helplessness. Therefore the pressure of the Divine Force has to be modified and the results are often mixed. There may even be hidden resistances, even a pervert will that gains from the illness and wants it. This hidden will to illness or even a subconscious will to die calls in the illness again and again.

On the other hand if the Divine Force finds in us a true collaboration, especially in the form of a will that dynamically rejects the illness and does not want it, not even for any secondary gains, then the action of the Divine Force becomes much more active and decisive due to the support from the rest of the nature.

This is the secret, to apply your will and, at the same time, surrender the result to the Divine seeking His support and help at every step.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

It is a beautiful aspiration. Nourish it by taking The Mother’s Name within you. Nurture it by regular study of Sri Aurobindo and The Motherโ€™s Words. Dear Sir, Namaste. I had a dream in which I was sightseeing in Ayodhya. It was totally different from the real city in every aspect. There were very large temples and monuments, some of which I remember were statues of a horse, a peacock, and an open court of a king; these were stone structures as tall as the Eiffel Tower. ๐Ÿ’ญ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ›•๐Ÿฆท๐ŸŒ„[…]
