AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Your words ‘SELF GIVING ‘ is THE ULTIMATE…makes me asking for a complete elaborate for a lay person like me. I argue that ”seeking relief from my Nervous System Disquieted erupting from inconscient 😡 by praying and Self giving mental kriya, is not a selfish act” Please can you elaborate on this?

Self giving means surrendering oneself completely to the Divine Mother, to live for Her.

Self giving of the mind means to think of the Divine, to contemplate the Divine, to read and hear about the Divine,  to try and understand the Divine mystery.

Self giving of the heart means turning our emotions towards the Divine in a manifold relation and love for the Divine.

Self giving of life means living to serve the Divine, turning all our energies towards the Divine.

Self giving of the body means to work for the Divine,  using the body as an instrument and channel for the Divine purposes.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
