AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

I have seen your Videos and want to know about the 4 Asuras that the Divine Mother has told about. What are their names and were they all concurred by the Divine Mother? Please elaborate.Β πŸ‘ΉπŸ™‚πŸ™πŸΌπŸŒ»πŸ¦‹

The four original Asuras are the shadow of the four principle aspects of the One Divine, that is to say, Sacchidananda, which has four main aspects, – Truth, Consciousness, Force and Bliss. The four main Asuras accordingly are, Falsehood, Unconsciousness, Weakness, and Suffering. They attack and inflict these states in various ways upon humanity.Β

Two of them have agreed to conversion, one of them has dissolved, whereas one (falsehood) continues to resist, though it has surrendered in principle. What we are experiencing now is the aftermath. Much of humanity has lived by and for these Asuras. Even now, it is largely under their influence. But that is a different subject. Though the battle has been won in principle, yet between the vision of Sri Krishna’s Viswaroopa and its fulfilment, there is the battlefield of Kurukshetra that cannot be ignored. That is what we see happening today.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

Sometimes, when I work as an Offering to the Divine, I expect nothing from it. But I feel that I do it with the motivation that when I work for the Divine, I will be purified and spiritually Progress. Is this a good motivation to have, or that becomes a desire too? πŸ«΄πŸΌπŸŒΌπŸ˜ŠπŸ™πŸΌπŸŒ·

It is not a desire but an aspiration which is perfectly valid. Desire springs from the vital and its purpose is aggrandisement or pleasure or an increase in quantity. Aspiration is for an improvement of quality in our instrumentalΒ  nature, for its progress and betterment for the Divine Work, even for outer things so that we
