How can I cultivate patience when things aren't going my way😓? I recognize that my karma is at play, and I know I should chant prayers, but I'm struggling to find the patience within myself.

I thought I had changed my past impure self a little bit; I thought I had become a little better human… but again, something happened and I feel I failed more miserably than before….
