How can I cultivate patience when things aren't going my way😓? I recognize that my karma is at play, and I know I should chant prayers, but I'm struggling to find the patience within myself.

I got too excited after reading the Secret of the Vedas and am currently reading R L Kashyap’s translation of the Rig Veda. I find it very beautiful, but wonder at the same time how to use the Veda Samhitas for Yoga, as it seems a manual on the Yogic Experiences.
