Sir, I am trying to calm the impulse with emotion and striving to know the truth an attempt to understand the truth using life🤔?

Truth cannot be known by quietening the emotions alone. The mind with its ideas, opinions, views, thought formations has to be made quiet. The vital with its demands, preferences and desires has to be quietened. All this takes time, a long time hence lot of patience, capacity of concentration is required.  Most important is aspiration for the Truth and the practice of Truth and sincerity in one’s seeking. It is best if not only the mind but the heart and life all seek for the Truth. But whatever effort one may put in, in the end it is the Grace that reveals the Truth when it sees that we are sincere and ready.

There are three things you can do.

1) Pray to the Divine Mother for help and then sincerely pray to the spirit of the species that they leave the house as it creates lot of disturbance. 

2) Use the trap. But this is often clumsy as one has to keep throwing them away. Better to see their entry points and seal it….
