AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Sometime back when a mistake happened you told me , “ we have to be conscious “ I totally agree but what can we do when others are not conscious and they make mistakes? Our work suffers and there are things we don’t have control of… ? How to handle such situations😓?

Yes it is quite a common problem. As we grow conscious we expect others to also be conscious proportionately. But that is never the case. Even otherwise the individual is always ahead of the collective. He advances and helps others to advance and grow conscious. So wherever possible especially those who are working with us it is part of our common work to make others aware of where and how things should improve and made better and more perfect. But this should be without anger or a depreciating disparaging attitude as that ends up discouraging and disheartening them.

Of course this applies mainly to people engaged in a common work with us. For the rest it is best left to each one to mind their own business.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
