When old movements such as anger, lust, etc., come up, as they invariably do from the subconscient till the final purification, one has to keep offering them to the Divine Mother rather than expressing them. Besides, one has to work towards establishing a firm basis of Peace and equanimity in the mind, vital and body so that the consciousness no longer allows these seeds to sprout again. Thirdly, try to consciously cultivate the opposite qualities, such as generosity, kindness, wideness, love, etc., to replace the anger. Finally, not to justify it when they rise up but to look into oneself to see what parts and inner movements support this, for instance, egoism, wants, desires, etc., and work towards eliminating them from the nature.Β
Affectionately,
