AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER

When I have sudden stomach ache, I start  praying to the mother. How does Maa helps us in our illness😣?

The Mother can help in several ways.

If you are open and receptive, full of faith and trust in Her Force can directly intervene and rectify the disorder.

In case one is not open and yet prays, Her Force may set in motion a chain of events that seem natural and yet through these the person is being led to the cure.

She can make us conscious of the inner disharmony, the root cause of the illness within us thereby making us grow in consciousness.

She can change the inner state and attitude from one conducive to the illness to another conducive for recovery.

If it is something one has to go through (for a number of reasons) She can yet support you within and help you endure and even progress inwardly through it all.

In short as many cases, as many ways.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

I had a question on a particular phrase in Savitri. “The universe is an endless masquerade: For nothing here is utterly what it seems; It is a dream-fact vision of a truth Which but for the dream would not be wholly true, A phenomenon stands out significant Against dim backgrounds of eternity; “What exactly is a “dream-fact vision of a truth”? Either we have dreams, or we have facts, two different order of realities🤔.

To think of the language of Savitri, it feels like Sri Aurobindo has stretched the bounds of the finite to the utmost, by capturing the
