No, it will not be the same body having masculine and feminine traits but a sexless body. LGBT on the other hand is about rights to one’s sexual orientation.

As there’s the Soul’s inner nadam (Sound), inner vision, inner fragrance, inner touch, inner taste (Amrutha), for all indriyas, can there be food for the body also from Atman for its survival? In principle it is possible and one day it shall be so. There are other possible means for the body to draw energy apart from food. But the problem is of replacing the flesh. A transformed body will of course not need food…
