AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

What are Mother’s Agenda books? And there are 13 volumes, which volume I should read & which is easy to read, it’s Odia translations also available – Copy. πŸ“šπŸ€”πŸŒ·πŸƒ

The Mother’s Agenda are the Recordings of Conversations between the Mother and some of the disciples, especially one of the French disciple by the name Bernard, whom the Mother was renamed as Satprem. The Conversations were regularly recorded by him. Portions of the recording were published in the quarterly bulletin of the Sri Aurobindo International Centre of Education as per the Mother’s direction to Nolini da.

Later, after the Mother’s physical withdrawal, Satprem was asked to hand over the recorded tapes. He refused to do so and hence he was sent away or perhaps chose to leave the Ashram along with the tapes.

Later, he published almost all the recordings after editing them himself. It is these that form the 13 volumes of the Mother’s Agenda.

The recordings are in French and have been translated into different languages, including English and Hindi.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
