It doesn’t mean that one does not put the efforts needed to face the situation and come out of the inner and outer difficulties. It is the law of evolution and one cannot bypass it and yet one has to see these difficulties precisely to help us see some weakness in us and overcome it with the help of Her Grace.

She already had her identification with the Divine Mother, the Mother of the gods. That had happened already in 1914 as you will see in Her prayers of September 1914. Sri Aurobindo had also recognised it long back. It was because of this identification that She could bring down the gods in the Ashram atmosphere and in the consciousness of the disciples. It was due to her tapasya that Sri krishna accepted to bind himself with Sri Aurobindo’s being.
Yes I understand that. There is a difficulty with the Indian mind also because we are accustomed to a certain spiritual outlook that often misses many intermediary links that connect the spiritual and the material.
