AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

What are the present problems of India compare to old India?

India started facing problems because it tried to become westernised and started giving almost exclusive importance to money and other materialistic aims.

The old India was focused on knowledge as well as equipping the child to face the real life challenges.

There education grew organically and remained in contact with the roots of life as it grew here. The aim was leading an integral life and not merely earning a degree and in turn making money.

Affectionately,

Alok da.

Sir says it’ll be a novel work and I tried to read it. But I’m not intrigued or feel it apart from the fact that it is a good chance to see what’s beneath the surface. 🚣🏼😐

A figure motionless, a shadow vague,
Girt with the terrors of his secret sword….

I had some suspicions regarding Advaita Vedanta and wanted to clear that up. The philosophy or the sect of Advaita Vedanta seems to be quite a problematic philosophical school, sometimes even a tool of the Asura. Or at least an Asura used by the divine to utterly break the old moulds of Bharat. 🔥[…]

I very much share your insight. Adwait Vedanta, for that matter all the different schools of Vedanta err by taking one particular realisation to be the ultimate. In doing so they almost unwittingly discredit or discard other equally important and powerful realisations that are needed to complete the picture. It leaves many unanswered …
