Heaven and Hell simply mean that there are places in the universe (there is not one but many universes, each with its own Time Space Energy etc. Material world is only one of them) that are full of darkness and energies of anger, hate, fear etc as well as places that are full of Peace, joy, harmony, beauty, light, love etc. These can be called as Hell and Heaven respectively. But since all these worlds are closely connected with man, these energies and forces project upon man and fill his life with depression, fear etc or with joy and peace and light. Also our own thoughts, feelings, actions attract forces from these dark or bright worlds as well as increase their store of negative or positive energies. Thus we can also say that by our attitudes and actions we create Hell and Heaven here as well as after we pass through the different worlds when we leave the human body.
