AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Third question, you are going to laugh at, I did! I listen to old Hindi songs when I am cooking/cleaning, old habit. But a song came on from Hathi Mere Sathi 🐘 that Rajesh Khanna sings after K N Singh, kills his elephant Ramu, Nafarat Ki Dunia Ko Chodke Pyar Ki Dunia Me Khush Raho Mere Yar. This was movie, but in real life what would happen to that elephant’s soul?

Most animals do not have a crystallized individual soul. They are generally governed by the soul of the species. That is why they rarely have distinct individuality.

However this particular elephant may have acquired an individual spark having been in close contact with the human. If so its soul will leap through certain other animal births and take a first human body, starting its journey in a human form.

At that point in evolution, was that elephant’s soul evolved enough to decide that this is what I want to learn/gain in this lifetime? or is someone else making these decisions at that stage?

No at this stage there is no individual soul and even after that it takes a few or number of human births before it can make such a choice.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

Thank you, Alok da, for answering my question from yesterday on a passage of the Synthesis of Yoga. However, I would like to clarify one specific point based on the understanding I shared earlier. Let me take a hypothetical example. Suppose, for a particular individual, the Divine Intention/Will is that he should go through a life of considerable struggle. ❤️‍🔥😊🙏🏻🌼[…]

I understand the difficulty. The Vedas speak of basically two operating systems to which we are subject. The first is when we are being schooled in Ignorance, Avidya. Then we operate through the ego which is actually like a shell within which our true soul is developing from its seed state to a realised divinity. During this phase we are given a…

Mother had a vision of Nagas guarding wealth. Who are these people? Where do they live? Mother asked him, “Will you allow me to enter?” He was guarding so much wealth. She described him as tall and stunning, but he said, “If I allow you, they will kill me. You have to first control the sex instinct among human beings. What is this?” 💎🪙💎🐍[…]

The Gita speaks of the struggle between the forces of the daivi order and the asuric type. Yes, eventually the Divine Will prevails and wins the victory, but before that the struggle and the conflict are there. …

This question is connected to my own sincerity. I find myself in situations where I have to compromise my sincerity and integrity and speak lies for the sake of maintaining my relationships with my friends. I can’t break the relations. But it becomes very hard and extremely difficult for me to be in a situation that needs sincerity and integrity both for me and my friends. 🥀😥❤️‍🩹🫂[…]
