AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

When Sri Aurobindo says, “Transform all attachment into a deep and stainless purity.” Can you please explain, What does he mean by that🤔?

Attachments are invariably accompanied by expectations and desires from or about the person to whom we are attached. They arise because of the ego which takes preferential interest in people based on physical association, emotional and vital gratification thereby often clouding our understanding about the truth of things.

Stainless purity means getting rid of the stains of jealousies, fears and frustrations that often accompany attachments and, be replaced by true love.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
