AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

How do we control overthinking? I mean, we try to reason with ourselves — telling ourselves, “Hey, these things happen; everything is fine. Such situations come and go; that’s just life — it has its ups and downs, and eventually, things will get better.” Yet, despite understanding all of this, our mind simply refuses to accept it and continue to overthink. So, what exactly can we do about that?🤯🌀🌫️🫠

It happens because the mind turns in a narrow grove. To widen the grove, one needs to broaden one’s interests and activities as well as fix for oneself a high goal. The mind then gets engaged meaningfully in a wide movement. The thirst for progress leaves little room for worrying or thinking about the small or big issues of personal life. Basically, it means to think less and less about one’s inconveniences, about the situations and circumstances,  and more and more about all that one has to learn and know and progress. Be a burning fire of progress and stay focused on the aims or the aim you have placed before yourself, regardless of the people and situations around you.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

Iran has to change and this change will be good for the people of Iran, for the Middle East where the pressure for the change is goung to increase. The change is needed for the good of the World as well. ..

Dear Sir, Namaste. In one of your talks, you mentioned that the Mother said that “sometimes it is good to concede to the adverse forces” and then you mentioned its similarity with Judo practice. Please explain this, I did not understand. 🥋🙂🙏🏻🌼🦋
