AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Whenever I get nervous, my hands start trembling. It is actually extremely embarrassing for me as a guy because I may come across as a coward. It also happens when I do intense exercise. Can you explain the reason for this? I started to take Magnesium B6, as it is said to help. πŸ‘‹πŸΌπŸ˜°[…]

Additionally, pranayama has helped me enormously. I try to do it every time before doing a presentation or some other nerve-racking activity. However, there is not always enough time for it before doing something like a presentation. In such cases, what is the best remedy?

Pranayama, simple nadi shuddhi pranayama, along with asanas and meditation, prepare the ground for the development.Β

Β There is also a need for a shift in attitudes and, more importantly, thinking of the Divine to whom you should offer all your activities. Physical workouts and exercises also help. Finally, call Peace as often as you can until it gets settled in your whole system. Whenever you get conscious of people and the world around, just turn your attention to The Mother and say to yourself that nothing and nobody else matters and all will be well.Β

Affectionately,

Alok Da
