AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Alok da, I go for a walk in the park every day, and I’ve noticed that some men keep staring at me. It feels quite uncomfortable. What do you think is the best way to deal with such situations or respond to them😨?

The more indifferent you grow the less they will stare. Looking back locks the eyes and awakens all kinds of feelings. If you ignore it is best.

At the same time ensure your safety by avoiding going alone into isolated places. Carry pepper spray with you and learn some basic stuff of self defence. Most importantly don’t allow the vibration of fear inside. Fear attracts the feared and wicked people even feel drawn towards whatever exudes fear almost like an animal towards a prey. So exude confidence always.

Most importantly call the Divine in your heart in whatever name and form you believe in. It is especially helpful to have your own little mantra that is like your personal connect with the Divine. The mantra, if sincerely practiced builds an aura around which repels many harmful forces by its intrinsic force alone.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
