This phrase is only for the Avatars and cannot apply to any evolutionary being. Besides the Superman will not be born nor assume the lower human nature by pressing upon ‘his higher Supernature’ as the higher Supernature belongs to the Divine. The Superman will embody it, not take a human birth by pressing upon it.

My experiences? They are too many. Some of them are shared in different interviews on auromaa. The real key and the central experience of this Yoga is however, to feel, discover, live in the Mother’s Presence, to live for Her, and by Her.
Emotional maturity is very simply the ability to postpone one’s gratification. It means not to rush or speak and act under surge of emotions but to wait and delay until the urge has settled into a quiet place. The reason is that during the surge one believes that the felt emotion is as if the only truth. It colours and overrides everything…
Each one is responsible mainly for one’s own progress. What others do is their problem. We should mind only our own business.
