AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER

I’m not a Spiritual person, How to get inner peace? How to be calm? Can’t concentrate on studies don’t have job. Always attract problem every single dayπŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈβœ¨πŸŒŠπŸŒΈ

It is not a question of being ‘spiritual’ or not. Spiritual simply means that there is within us, in our own inner depths, as well as above our minds, states of consciousness full of Wideness, Peace, Joy, Harmony, Beauty and Light. The question is whether we want to explore them or live within the limited human formula and its narrow possibilities. Because peace is difficult to find in this world that is ever changing, ever restless, ever fleeting unless one turns towards the Divine who alone can grant to us the sense of perfect security, peace and joy.Β

However there are still few things one can do to get peace.

Spend some time everyday in quiet solitude. Even a little corner of your room will do. During those quiet moment’s seek the purpose of your life, that which deeply moves you.

During these moments think of what you would want your life to be rather than what it presently is or has been.

Recite the word OM inwardly as and when you feel restless.

Do physical exercises everyday and stay busy reading or learning something.

Let me know how you are feeling after a month.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

While stopping of thoughts completely is not an easy thing, it is very much possible to direct the flow consciously towards an object. Thus, you can consciously let your thoughts run around the idea of God, or of a Divine…

Kindly let me know if the understanding below is incorrect: As SAT, CHIT, and ANANDA are the 3 aspects of PARABRAHMAN, meant for the manifestation in our universe, so are the infinite other aspects of PARABRAHMAN meant for the manifestation in many other universes. And that is how millions of universes, of different kinds, have been created by the Divine.πŸ•‰οΈπŸŒŒβœ¨πŸ‘οΈ

Sat, Chit-tapas, Ananda are the three principle aspects. All other aspects such as Peace, Wisdom, Knowledge, Compassion, Strength, Beauty, Harmony, Love are derived from these four fundamental aspects of the One Infinite. Each…
