AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Dear Sir, how/ when do we know if our psychic being ๐ŸŒŸis already discovered or not?

When one has found the psychic being then one no more identifies oneself with the ego-self that is identified with and attached to the body or name and profession, family, nationality or the circumstances of one’s birth. One need not reject these things but knows them to be merely the outer aspects of one’s life, nothing more. So too one is no more identified with certain mental ideas, beliefs, sentiments and desires. One regards one’s mind and body as an instrument but oneself as the immortal soul. Naturally, all fear of death passes away as one becomes conscious of one’s immortality.ย

One knows oneself beyond doubt and belief as a portion of the Divine Mother whose one work is to serve Her and love Her in whatever place and whatever way She wills. There is absolute faith in the Divine and in one’s destiny as well as complete trust and confidence in the Grace. There is the certitude of Truth’s final Victory regardless of appearances. One is full of sympathy, compassion, courage, enthusiasm for the Divine Work, aspiration for endless progress, gratitude, devotion and surrender. There is a spontaneous psychic discernment and an intuitive knowledge that flows straight from the heart. Peace and joy come easily and stay long as one rises above the shocks and challenges of life or feel them on the surface that touch awhile and pass. The mind grows into a wide and illumined and revelatory nature, heart into a vessel of sweetness, harmony and beauty, life into a luminous force of Truth and the body develops a subtlety that naturally gets rid of many attacks and illnesses.

Affectionately

Alok da

In the context of Sri Aurobindo’s and the Mother’s teachings, I have three questions regarding the future manifestation of Sri Krishna’s divine abode on earth. ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿฆš๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿชท[…]

1. When the plane of Bliss, Anandamaya loka manifests here, as eventually it must some day, then it will not be exactly as there. If it were so there will be no need of creation at all.
