AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

I am a Vegetarian by habit, but I ate chicken skin by mistake and am feeling terrible about it. How should I let it go? 😒🐀

But why should you feel bad? There are plenty of things that happen unintentionally. One has to simply learn and grow conscious from them. What matters is not outer action but motive. There is absolutely nothing to feel bad about here. You can let go by this simple reasoning that it was not your intention to hurt, or else by simply offering the action to the Divine Mother and letting it rest there.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
