AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Recently, I watched a series called Bhay: The Gaurav Tiwari Mystery, which is based on a real event. After watching it, I felt scared at night and still feel afraid today. What should I do? πŸ₯Ά

Generally, it is never advisable to watch shows that incite horror. True or not, there is always a dramatic element created through the characters, images, and the sound and light effects.Β

But if one has watched then the rational mind should step in and remind us that, after all, it was like a bad dream or a movie that is over.

If the fear continues, then use whatever image, mantra, or words that remind us of Him and of the Divine Protection and Power.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
