AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

The TFR of East Asian countries is disastrously low, with many experts believing there is no chance of recovery, signalling their extinction in a couple of centuries. Why has nature pursued such a path to such refined people? ๐Ÿคฐ๐Ÿผ๐ŸŒน

Fertility has to do partly with the degree of animality in the consciousness. The lower animals breed a lot, whereas the higher an animal rises in the chain, the lesser it breeds. Refinement often comes by drawing/sublimating the energies of procreation into higher intellectual or deeper emotions. That is why the refined races tend to become rarer while the cruder kind multiplies.ย

However, the so-called extinction serves two purposes. Firstly, it pulls the many upwards towards the vacuum created by the type. Secondly, the refined ones are taken up further towards a higher spiritual consciousness and are seeded everywhere in the course of rebirth to help the general mankind. It is like the pyramid. Finally, in the end, it is the quality that matters rather than the quantity.ย

Affectionately,

Alok Da

Alok da, I was going through this work by the philosopher Descartes called Rules for the Direction of the Mind. So much of this work is about how to better purify the various human faculties of sense perception, memory, judgment, imagination, etc., so that one can observe minute facts of nature with precision and without prejudiced universal presuppositions and arrive at a true universal knowledge, which is arrived at only after mastery of minute particulars. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ”ฌ๐Ÿ“–๐ŸŒ„[…]

Certainly the Hindus knew the various means of purifying the mind and intelligence and, during the heydays of ancient India, the Vedic period and even much later, they did turn it both inwards and outwards. That is how they discovered such wonderful things which included plastic surgery, an elaborate pharmacopeia, warcraft and deadly weapons, principles of politics and administration, rules of mathematics and chemistry, linguistics and …

Sir, is whatever happens with us is always for our best? ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐ŸŒผ

The Mother has given a very beautiful and complete answer to this.

‘Is it really the best that always happens?… It is clear that all that has happened had to happen: it could not be otherwiseโ€”by the universal determinism it had to happen. But we can say so only after it has happened, not before. For the problem of the very best that can happen is an individual problem, whether the individual be a nation or a single human being; and all depends upon the personal attitude. If, in the presence of circumstances…
