It seems inevitable if we observe the tendencies of the powerful nations, especially in more recent times. But fortunately, a new counterbalancing tendency towards multilateralism gives hope that perhaps we might just bypass this lucrative but perilous passage through the World-State and a subsequent anarchy. Perhaps anarchy might still come before the completely new world order emerges. But if multipolar alignments if established firmly, we may not need to go through the inevitability of the World State.
