I try to see, like, Maa is watching. Everything is Maa. Still couldn’t win this kind of thought. Couldn’t count the money there properly. Even if I count and if I want to ask some questions like why did you pay more or something, it’s very difficult to say because there is a thought that if there is any mistake, he will judge me.

Practice witnessing your thoughts when they arise rather than flowing with them. Try to remain busy, especially with physical work, and divert the mind from these thoughts and feelings of self-reference.
