The body mechanisms and processes are controlled by the Mind of the cells, the cellular mind, which is part of the physical mind. We are normally not aware of this mind in us. Our awareness is limited to the surface events as reported by the senses. We can become aware of the organs only indirectly, when there is discomfort or pain. Otherwise, there are no sensory links between the internal organs and the conscious surface mind. Of course, there is a certain occult faculty in some people to see the internal organs, but it is not generally available.
