AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

My brother hurt me alot in the past. Im not able to look beyond it and forgive him. What do I do. I don’t trust him. Little bitter towards him. I’m not sure he feels guilty. How do I move on?🤬💥🗣️🗯️🤫

He hurt you is a truth of the past. By inability to either leave it all behind or forget his behavior you are hurting yourself even now. By remembering and holding on to the incidents you are prolonging their effects even today.

To move past this you should write all that happened and all that you continue to feel in a letter to The Mother. Then offer it all at Her Feet. Keep the letter near Her photograph for a week. Then take it from there, tear it to pieces and burn it or throw it in water with a strong thought that you are releasing it all and freeing yourself from it.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
