Over the past month, my lifting capacity has unexpectedly doubled while requiring far less effort, accompanied by a noticeable surge in physical vitality. When I ran this query through an AI assistant, it offered a surprisingly insightful reflection on physical yoga, reduced effort, and sincerity. I would be deeply grateful for your perspective, Alok Da: is this sudden physical transformation and ease the Mother’s Force acting through the body?
I must say this is quite impressive in a general sense, as close to the truth as possible.
There is only one problem though. The same answer, or even a much less mentally satisfying answer, given by a Master, either a living Master or through the living words of the Divine or else received through the inner Guidance, or if nothing else by the eyes of faith brings us closer to the Divine which is the real goal of the Guidance. It is not a question of what I should do or not do, the question is what will bring me closer to the Divine as a real, living Presence. And it is in this regard that I find the answer really interesting. It is what the pilot says at the end about humility, gratitude, surrender and if I may add faith, aspiration and sincerity. It is this, rather these things that spring from the heart, especially seeking for the Divine, love and surrender that remain the mainstay of the Yoga, intellectual questions and answers notwithstanding.
The Mother herself answered on this issue in a different way opening a new door to understanding.
‘You put something in Your words which enables us to see the Truth that words cannot convey. What is it that accompanies Your words?
Consciousness.

When I speak, I live what I say and I communicate the experience together with the words―no machine can record that. That is why the text seems completely different when it is heard or read, the main thing has gone, for it is beyond all notation. Even when what I have written myself is printed in a book or an article, the intensity of the experience I had while writing it escapes, and the text seems flat, although the words are identical.
This is the real reason for the physical Presence, its incontestable importance.
Do not take my words for a teaching. Always they are a force in action, uttered with a definite purpose, and they lose their true power when separated from that purpose.’
