And if I want to learn English, how can I learn it so that I can speak and understand it? If you feel that you want to be a lawyer you should do it. As to learning English there are a number of Spoken English courses that can help you with that. There are even free lessons on YouTube which can guide you.

Yes one should do some meaningful work for livelihood. The work you would want to do should be something you find naturally interesting. So before you start your LLB, find out what is the work of a lawyer and if it interests you. If it is interesting then you can do it.
