They are two stages in the same process, like the dawn and the Mid-day Sun.ย
Psychic emergence means that the psychic has begun to express its light and wisdom in the form of subtle indications to the mind and the outer consciousness, the truths that they have missed. Thus, it adds a new dimension to our knowledge which uptil then was largely dependent upon the mind. With the emergence of the psychic being, the consciousness begins to turn inwards, and one feels a divine guidance and an inner peace supporting one through the journey of life. A quiet, deep warmth and joy and sweetness are also felt within so that one stops looking for these things outside. There is a spontaneous, intuitive seeking and finding of truth, a will for beauty, harmony, the awakening of an innate goodness. Most importantly, there is the aspiration for the Divine and the lighting up of the flame of true bhakti and self-giving to the Divine.ย
The psychic transformation follows upon the psychic emergence, leading to an increasing wideness of the mind along with clarity of thought and discernment. The heart becomes a radiating vessel of sweetness, love, and delight as all emotions turn towards the Divine within and the world, creating a new bond between oneself and others, a bond no longer based on the satisfaction of ego and desires but on true unconditional love without expecting anything in return. The life begins to change into a luminous force turned towards high divine aims and noble deeds. Life transformed into a song and worship, and service of the Divine.ย Even the body becomes healthy and repels illness automatically.ย
