AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Alok Bhaiya, when I meditate, I feel a warmth or heat on my shoulders. Is this good or something unusual? I don’t understand what I should do when this happens. Additionally, there seems to be some external influence, like a slight effect of a ghost. How can I come out of this and improve myself? Please suggest some remedies. 🫳🏼🫨πŸ”₯

The feeling of warmth is good. It is the sign of an increase in energy in the being. This energy must be however directed towards good things such as gaining knowledge or service of God.

As to ghosts, just stop thinking or worrying about them. They are poor, unhappy creatures with no real power except the fear they may induce in susceptible persons through their contact. If you have no fear, they cannot harm you in any way.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

You are speaking of the Second World War. (I have not yet reached there. still a long way to go. We were referring to the First World War.) What was being referred to was the battle of Marne and though portions of French territory were occupied, Paris itself was spared. …
