It is difficult to say as these are cited in different scriptures whose authorship is not always clear. But the one seer with whose name there is a general consensus is Rishi Markandeya, who wrote the Devi Mahatmya.

In the writings of the Mother, many times she said, ‘a child of mine can’t fear’ or ‘what can he fear who belongs to the divine’. Is there any difference in the action of the Divine Grace on the persons who are sadhaks and those who have not yet started the journey? 🙂🙏🏻🪷🌄

The Grace is equally for all but since the sadhaks are more open and receptive as well as more prone to attacks, especially when a sadhak has surrendered oneself to the Divine, then quite naturally a special Grace accompanies….
