AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

As if I am getting defeated. But, unable to express to anyone expect to The Mother. I cry for these situations infront of her. That, whether my decision to do job is wrong or What does she has planned for me? Dada, I hope I am able to convey my inner state to you. Situations in my working field are crushing me from inside to digest the vibrations. Please ask Mother to Guide me. I don’t want to be get defeated before the situations. I am unable to repair myself.Β πŸ’πŸ’ΌπŸ’»πŸ“„

I work in a Public sector Bank. I love doing service to customers and job assigned. Thought the work culture is becoming toxic and unprofessional since last some years, I try to adjust and do the job as far as possible with best logical conclusion. So that neither it hamper interest of my organisation nor it hamper any of my team members. But, I feel that some subordinates repeatedly criticise me and put demeaning remarks on my working style. After listening many times, I confronted them and explained the decisions which I take on which ground and clarified that it is best of interest of all. But, as our regular Audit started , some particular staff started to disclose all details to audit team and as if I am the only wrong person. Directly or indirectly I am being blamed or pointed for anything. Though it is a team effort, expect one more staff, no one bothers. I feel tense as I do not want to make the good branch as High risk one because of non cooperation of some. But, I am tired now and single handedly( with cooperation of another staff)unable to face all observations of compliance. I couldn’t even attend Your presence in Matrubhawan in April. I come to office as if it is my place of Sadhana and I get the best possible mixture of people here for purification of my hidden nature. It has truly helped me in day to day Sadhana. But, now I am unable to face these since last two months.

I fully understand your situation. Leaving the work is no solution. You will find the same situation one way or the other everywhere unless you are working alone.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

It’s not at the cost of other values. Most of the Vedic Gurus discredit this line of thought(from Shraman padhatti). It’s sad but true. πŸ₯ΈπŸ•ŠοΈπŸͺ·πŸŒ„

I am not sure how this impression came across that this saying is about gods and deities. It is indeed, as you say, one of the main foundational principles of Sanatana Dharma, yet one of the least understood as far as its practice is concerned. …
