AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Currently I am pursuing my Masters of Science in Information Technology (Msc.I.T) and this is my last semester, so it will be completed nearly by May. But I am little bit confused about what should I do further. There are many corporate job options but I don’t feel so good about it (Maybe it is my disliking). I am quite inclined towards the teaching field, but it is a very responsible field and I doubt that will I be able to do it perfectly and sincerely?🗺️💼📈🧑‍💼

I like to explain things and also to understand and learn complex concepts in a simple way. Plus I love academia, since school I always loved studying. It is obvious that Corporate Sector is not for you. Perfection, sincerity etc can be developed but interest is something intrinsic. So best would be to go by your innate temperament, Swadharma which is learning, teaching, which will allow you inner satisfaction as well as creative growth. Corporate will stifle you and leave less and less time to read Sri Aurobindo and The Mother plus the psychological environment in the Corporate World is generally not conducive to inner growth. This is what I would suggest.

Affectionately,
