AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

I do have a lots of questions to ask, but I will ask one by one. Bhai, as per my nature, I love to stay alone, far from the crowd, but I am the same person who gets literally talkative with my close ones. To realise the divine presence, I try to avoid crowds, but I think I am doing it the wrong way. 🕊️🪷 […]

To get calmness or control in speech, I try to acquire a state where, instead of becoming conscious, I feel gloomy, or rather dead. I like to interact with my teacher and I do continuously, so some welcome my questions and some feel irritated, but I do.

The day when I try to stay calm and steady, I feel depressed. In one of your talks, you said that instead of all our difficulties, we get acquainted to smile because our Ma is with us, but I feel like I have stopped in words. How should I deal with this? Previously, I had doubts regarding humility. I thought humility meant being humble in front of everyone and I felt I couldn’t show it in front of everyone. Then I got to know humble in front of The Divine. Then how to relate this?

The key is not what we outwardly do or do not do, whether we speak more or less. The key is to remember The Mother inwardly and offer all you do to Her. Yoga is not done by personal effort as much as by The Mother’s Power and Presence. Asking or not asking questions is a minor thing. Think inwardly of The Mother as often as you can and all will be well.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

It is not just a dream but a very beautiful experience that revealed to you the truth of your destiny, your true destiny, even a glimpse of your true being, the central being in its Divine Home. That is what the square opening to the top indicates. The four perfect …
