I haven’t written lately, but going on reading. I recently got training and atuned to Grade III Reiki. I always meditate on top of my head. and she taught me to let the Reiki enter my body through the Crown Chakra. 🫠[…]

Now I am feeling as if that Crown Chakra is always active. That spot on top of the head is always sensitive, whole day. I am not sure how to distinguish between Reiki Energy and the Spiritual Energy that I have been working on all this time. Or Energy is Energy and there is no difference?

Reiki primarily deals with vital energy which at its highest tends to blend into the spiritual. One can differentiate the two through the effects. If it brings peace, it is good.
