AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

If faith in the Divine can greatly diminish the possibility of the thing feared, doesn’t this faith come in the way of spiritual progress, because otherwise, the danger which was thus prevented (by faith), could have made the person stronger, if allowed to happen🫤?

But why seek danger and court difficulties? That is never the advice given by anyone. The advice is that if danger and difficulties comes, then instead of responding with fear one should have faith that everything will be fine and no harm will come. The Divine does not want us to progress through suffering, difficulties and struggle and pain. He would rather want us to progress joyously and with gladness. This comes through trust in the Divine. The Divine does not send difficulties to make us progress. He sends us peace, light, love, strength to handle difficulties as well as progress.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
