Savitri devi was born a Frenchwoman who came to India apparently to learn about the Aryan culture and occultism. Savitri was her adopted name. She married an Indian, a Bengali gentleman and was engaged in actively spying for the Nazis. She was not only pro – Nazi but a strong proponent of antisemitism. Hitler would take her advice seriously and she worked for the Nazi propaganda in Europe and America. There are some interesting details of her life, all of which are a reminder that appearances can be deceptive and how falsehood can deceive by imitating what it inwardly opposes. In fact, she believed that Hitler was an incarnation of god Vishnu and he came to purge the world of evil and end Kaliyuga! Probably just fell short of calling him the Kalki Avatar. I can’t say whether she was simply someone misguided or a conscious instrument of falsehood, but certainly someone of a diabolic nature.
