AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

In my life difficulties are growing and while trying to solve them it keeps on increasing. My parents have to suffer for me which gives me more pain than my own suffering. I know difficulties come to make us grow and conscious in life. But how to face them and what should be my attitude in facing all the suffering😪? How to increase faith and aspiration? How to become worthy of Mother’s Grace?

The road to the Divine is not easy. Various forms of challenges come from within as well as from the people around us. As such life is not easy especially especially for those marked by destiny for progress and inner evolution. Spiritual life brings additional challenges that can be taken as tests for our readiness and as the price one must pay for the leap. One has to endure the passage with faith, endurance and a growing aspiration and surrender.

As to parents you cannot do much except trying to explain them. Nobody is the cause of anybody’s suffering so blaming oneself is not right. As long as one is doing what your deeper heart feels as the true and right thing to do, you must do it. Yes people may not, rather will not understand but then you can’t change their understanding nor is it wise to change the course of life dictated by your inner being just to satisfy others. Follow your truth seeking support from the Divine Mother for everything and keep walking the way regardless of all else.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

That is one way of looking at it. But a slightly negative and outer way of looking at it. There are plenty of things we do which do not involve success or failure. We do it because we find a natural joy in it. This spontaneous joy …

Is drinking small quantities of alcohol really that bad? Most people I know consume alcohol in some measure. I noticed that the ones who quit it completely face backlash from Society. For example, I heard business people say that you can’t trust a person who doesn’t drink. 🥂💬🍸🎶[…]

It is not a question of good or bad from a moral point of view. But drinking alcohol is certainly harmful for the physical, as well as psychological and I would even say spiritual health. The list of physical problems is too long and generally too well known to elucidate. …

Yesterday suddenly realised during my prayer with my mother that the seat of the Psychic Being is Highar Vital, in the Hridaya Chakra. Initially, I feel Peace, Bliss and Delight up to the Vishudhi Centre. Suddenly realised that my heart has received The Mother’s Peace and is spreading to all the centre of my all the inner parts and similar to the mother light also. Suddenly feel that the heart centre is doing everything. Alok da, is our Sadhana going in the right direction? Please guide me. 🪷✨💖🕯️

Yes absolutely, the psychic being is behind the heart centre and when open and in the front then all becomes easy and natural.
Your prayer is a beautiful psychic prayer and the yoga going in the right direction.
