Genuine love? That’s a rarety and a wonder. But even granted that it is there, confusions can always arise since human nature at large is still subject to the forces of ignorance. As long as ego, desire and lust rule us in some corner of our being, there is always a door open for confusion to enter and create, friction, quarrel, misunderstanding even though it all began beautifully with the touch of genuine love. The only difference is that if the initiating impulse was true, then love will never die, its flame may be stifled for a while but eventually it will outlast everything.
