AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Pranam Alok da. Some times I feel with worry and anxiety and then i call maa maa then after some time i feel relaxed is that normal? what is the real reason behind it.πŸ˜°πŸŒ€πŸ§ πŸ«¨πŸ’₯

Worry and anxiety come because the mind driven under the stress of desires wants things to happen in certain ways. With the development of the rational mind one is able to regulate this to some extent but generally reason itself begins to justify our worries because it comes under the influence of the vital.

The remedy is faith. One has to learn to trust the Divine Grace that all will be well.  Calling the Mother acts like a great assurance that all will be well and Her Name brings peace which drives away all anxiety.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
