AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Sometimes, due to the circumstances, I am unable to prevent stress in my mind. But doctors say stress can cause many other illnesses. How do I deal with this, dear Alok da? Should I take this stress and the circumstances as an unavoidable part of my evolutionary journey😰?

Yes the circumstances should be taken as an inevitable part of our evolutionary journey. Stress is our response to the circumstances. We try to change the circumstances which is not always possible nor necessarily desirable. But we can always change our response through a change of our attitude, change of our lifestyle and finally through a change of our consciousness.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
