What is Dynamic Meditation? Can you please suggest some guidelines on whether it is suitable for me or not? 🫡🌱

There are a couple of talks on the subject in Hindi as well as English, including the most recent one on 14th March during the Hindi webinar.

Basically, it is a meditation where one consciously aspires rather than sitting quietly or following a standard technique. The value of the meditation depends upon the nature of one’s aspiration. One meditates on the core aspiration with the mind and thought until it is realised within us. It is good for everyone.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
