What is psychic peace, and what practical, step-by-step guidance can a beginner follow to cultivate this state in everyday life? Furthermore, amidst the turbulence of work, relationships, financial concerns, and conflicts, how can one sustain this inner sanctuary of peace despite stress, emotional turmoil, and persistent uncertainty? 🕊️🙏

Psychic peace is the tranquility established in our inmost soul. It is a gift of Divine Grace, attained when we aspire for an exclusive, one-pointed union with the Divine. Single-minded devotion means that everything other than the Divine loses its ultimate significance in our life. When the cravings of desire and passion cease to attract us, when manifold impulses that breed anger and fear no longer pull at our being, and when we sincerely surrender ourselves to the Divine—His peace descends spontaneously and makes its home in the human heart.
