What is the difference between a Companion and a Married Partner? πŸ§‘πŸ»β€πŸ€β€πŸ‘©πŸ»β€οΈβ€πŸ”₯

It is ideal if it is the one and the same person, but it is generally not so, especially since life is still organised today around social constructs.Β

A companion is someone who walks with you on the same path towards the same goal, someone who understands you, is together, but allows you all the space you need. There is a sharing and understanding of each other’s journey, needs and interests and affinities.Β

Marriage, on the other hand, is largely a social construct, a legitimation of the sexual needs and parenting, a sharing of responsibilities and burdens of life, a joining of two families more than of two individuals.Β

Ideally, the two should be together, but it is very rare.Β

Affectionately,
