Human beings almost invariably look at life from the lens of ignorance. They act and react based on their limited understanding and enter into a self-perpetuating cycle that justifies their experience and becomes a pattern of ignorance. The problem is that they are fed by these psychoanalytic perspectives. This actually skews the understanding whereas what is required is to straighten the thought and using the events and circumstances of our life for a better understanding of ourselves and the nature of things. Instead of addressing events here and there one should address the deeper issues so that one is equipped and empowered to deal with all the various challenges of life. By focusing too much on a difficult or painful event and making it the centre of one’s thoughts and by default the basis of future action is most certainly unhealthy.
