There are two questions, how and why.
How do we have seasons?
Because the earth moves around the sun as well as on its own axis with a tilt. This leads to different areas getting different degrees of the sun and hence different possibilities appear upon earth as different seasons. This is the process, the how.
Why do we have seasons?
Because the creative power working in creation wants to express the delight of the Divine in many ways, many colours, many different landscapes hence Nature finds the way and means to have seasons.
